As you examine the chart above, you'll notice that the color chips themselves vary significantly in volume. Your choice of a light sprinkle to a medium broadcast will result in a slightly thinner overall floor because the epoxy flake bed is less dense.
However, when you opt for a heavy broadcast or a full broadcast, which we highly recommend though it might not always be the most popular choice, you'll achieve a significantly thicker epoxy flake bed. This thicker bed creates a more robust floor that naturally conceals imperfections.

Our Tru- Flow Hybrid Epoxy is a top-tier, high-performance epoxy resin with exceptional nano resistance properties. This hybrid epoxy boasts a solid content of 60% by volume, resulting in a substantial mill thickness and outstanding resistance to hot tire peeling and chemicals. We have meticulously designed this product to be the simplest to install while still delivering a high-build, thick primer and basecoat. When combined with our professional preparation process, you'll have a floor that is a remarkable 300% thicker than those offered by any big-box retailer, just with the basecoat and primer alone.
Over 12 Mils DFT With Your Primer And Basecoat Alone!
We supply you with ample product to apply a primer, allowing you to practice the application. It's not crucial to achieve absolute perfection with this primer, but it will significantly enhance adhesion and prepare the surface for your basecoat. Commercial Grade Top Coat Chemistry
Our Tru Alpha Polyurea is a high-solids aliphatic urethane, mainly used in commercial installations. It offers exceptional flexibility and outstanding chemical resistance. This product is also 60% solids by volume, resulting in a thickness that's 300% greater than any big-box retailer alternative. We provide three different finish options: gloss, satin, and matte. All three finishes deliver excellent physical properties, including resistance to hot tires and various chemicals like brake fluids, gasoline, chlorine, and motor oil. We recommend the satin finish for its long-term durability and consistent appearance in high-traffic and low-traffic areas. Nevertheless, all three topcoats are of exceptional quality.
1 Top Coat Is Good But 2 Is Great!
We'll supply you with enough product for two topcoats, and the installation video we provide will detail the recommended spread rate for this product. While some clients opt for just one topcoat, we strongly recommend using two topcoats to achieve the highest level of long-term durability.
